I’m Aaron Craven, a Specialist Occupational Therapist and Director of OT4Life. With over a decade of experience across the NHS, social care and independent practice, I help people overcome the barriers that prevent them from living safely, independently and confidently. At OT4Life, we believe it’s not about asking, “What’s the matter with you?” but “What matters most to you?” We provide personalised occupational therapy across Yorkshire and the North West, specialising in neurological rehabilitation, moving and handling, housing adaptations, vocational rehabilitation, seating, equipment, and complex case management. Our approach is practical, evidence-based and centred around each person’s goals, helping individuals, families, employers and care providers find solutions that make a genuine difference to everyday life.
