We built CareConnect because finding the right professional shouldn't feel like cold-calling. Whether you're a family in the days after a stroke, a solicitor sourcing an expert witness, or an OT looking to be found — we make the connection direct, fast, and trustworthy.
The story
CareConnect Directory is built by the team at Wealden Rehab — a UK rehabilitation business that's spent years bringing OTs, case managers, solicitors, and families together around complex recovery work.
The pattern we kept seeing: families in difficult moments having to cold-call practice after practice, or trust a single referral with no real way to compare; solicitors building shortlists from gut feel and old contact books; and brilliant independent OTs and case managers being effectively invisible to the people who needed them most.
A proper directory shouldn't exist to gate access or extract commission. It should make the right connection in as few clicks as possible — and stay out of the way. That's what we're building.
Vetted before listing
Every professional is reviewed by our team. HCPC registration is verified where applicable, indemnity and DBS status are disclosed and dated. No paid-placement masquerading as endorsement.
